Gilberto Santa Rosa - Sin Voluntad = Unwilling

I recently purchased Omar Alfanno's De Panama Para El Mundo, which is a recorded concert with his most famous songs live from the Old Panama City ruins in Panama City, Panama; the country that that saw him grow. He is one of Salsa's best song writers in history and I made a little pact with myself. I'm going to use my page to translate all of his songs. This song made Gilberto Santa Rosa a legend. Feels like the song was made for him. Writing, Poetry on Salsa. Enjoy!

A tender touch, slow music
The afternoon falls to sleep on your hair
You are so beautiful
And you know it

Everything has changed, I’m not what I was
Never thought I could love this way
So fascinating

The more I try to tear you off my being
I can’t
I don’t know what is going on with my dignity
I hurt myself for no reason when I try
That is why I’m back to ask you for more

More of this love that gives life
More of that light in your stare
There are more than enough reasons to move away
But honestly
I lack the will

More of that peace that agitates me
More of that sweet walk
I know its not good to love you so much
But honestly
I lack the will

To deny you a kiss
To let you go
To deny you the sky
I lack the will

Hook: This love leaves me unwilling, without strength
Without will, without strength to fight.
It leaves me a love that gives life and torments me

Hook: This love leaves me unwilling, without strength
I have more than enough reasons to move away
But your love leaves my soul defend less

Hook: This love leaves me unwilling, without strength
This love, that is pain and fantasy deserves happiness and hope.

Hook: This love leaves me unwilling, without strength
That drags me, it takes me and leaves me at the end
Without strength
Unwilling
